Fit check
Five minutes, in writing. We reply within 24 hours on business days with either a fixed quote (scope, price, delivery date) or a plain "not a fit" — and we'll tell you why.
No calls · no obligation · don't send any files yet
Before you start: we do not take on work for the banking, financial-services,
insurance or investment sector, and we currently work with companies outside Italy. If that's you,
we'll have to pass — sorry, and thanks for reading this far.
The questions
Until the form goes live, simply email your answers to hello@evidale.io — copy the template below.
- Company, country, website. The website is optional — a one-line description works too.
- Your industry. Remember: no banking, financial services, insurance or investment-sector work.
- Which service are you interested in? Excel/VBA assessment · Amazon GPSR rescue · AI transparency evidence (preview).
- What does the workbook (or catalogue) do, in 2–3 sentences? E.g. "production planning + job costing for our fabrication shop, ~40 users depend on it".
- Rough size. Sheets and macros count for Excel ("don't know" is a fine answer) — or ASINs and marketplaces for Amazon.
- What happened? The trigger: author left · breaks often · audit coming · too slow · listings blocked · something else.
- How bad would a one-week outage be? Business criticality, in your own words.
- Preferred outcome, if you already have one. Keep / stabilize / migrate / replace / no idea — "no idea" is exactly what the assessment is for.
- Timing and anything else we should know.
Please don't attach files at this stage. If we're a fit, our quote comes with a short
anonymisation checklist telling you exactly what to strip or mask before sending anything.
